Objective
To increase awareness and take-up of offerings, promotions and special events of over 20 restaurants and cafes across the four Wests venues and 3 accommodation providers. To maintain and drive a consistent communication strategy across all channels and reaching all audiences.

What we did
We designed and produced collateral for online and offline, including posters, backlit signs, flyers, table talkers, counter cards, banner ads, web tiles, signage and menus. These were supported by monthly ‘What’s On’ brochures which featured ads using the same consistent styling, helping to keep members informed of all the offers available. A strong social media component was also utilised to communicate with members. Creation of Radio ads also formed part of the communications implementation to highlight special offers to a wide audience.
